Every party follows the same four-stage flow, run by your EIC host — so there's always a clear next thing happening.
Suit up
Arrival, seat assignments, and a walkthrough of the arena and controls for every player.
Free play
Open time on the chosen game so every player finds their footing before the bracket starts.

A full bracket or match series in the birthday player's chosen game, called and refereed by EIC staff.

Winners announced, trophy moment, then cake time — bring your own, we'll clear the table.
